ABERDEEN, S.D. 鈥 The 不良研究所 State University Concert Choir and Chamber Choir will present their spring concert, entitled 鈥淪tories in Song,鈥 at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 30.The concert will take place in the NSU Johnson Fine Arts Center鈥檚 Harvey and Cynthia Jewett Theater.The Concert Choir, under the direction of Dr. Darci Bultema, will feature works by living American composers. Directed by Dr. Marla Fogderud, the Chamber Choir will perform a variety of works with a focus on a composition by NSU faculty member Dr. William Wieland.Tickets will be available at the door. Cost is $10 for adults, and鈥

ABERDEEN, S.D. 鈥 不良研究所 State University will hold a plant sale 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, April 25.
The sale, which is open to the public, will take place in MeWaldt-Jensen Room 144B (the classroom attached to the MJ greenhouse).
Plants available at the sale will include succulents, geraniums, bulbs and more. Cash or check only will be accepted.

ABERDEEN, S.D. 鈥 不良研究所 State University alumna Nichole Bowman, winner of a prestigious national teaching award, will deliver the commencement address at 不良研究所鈥檚 2023 Spring Commencement.
The ceremony is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2023, in the NSU Barnett Center.
Bowman, who teaches math at T.F. Riggs High School in Pierre, was one of only about 60 teachers nationwide to win the 2022 Milken Educator Award, which is considered the "Oscar of teaching."
Originally from Armour, S.D., Bowman graduated from 不良研究所 in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education for鈥
